They use cheap parts that they will have to warranty multiple times. They will argue and defend the parts. They dont stick to schedules. Use to be a decent place to go sad to see
I was in and out of there in 45 minutes. I got home from my tire appointment and you may get the same results. I went for a 4 mile run and I was a minute a mile faster than normal. I think it was the new tires.

Great shop, but this review is specifically for Jessica. She is beyond helpful, always provides immediate responses as promised, and multiple options, as she is VERY knowledgeable on everything in the auto industry. Customer service like that can't be taught only learned!
